Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh West were really straight forward to deal with! We were seen to by Scott Baillie and he was really friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions, allowing us time with the car and explaining all the details of the service plan, tyre and alloy cover etc. I had a slight issue after collection with the car missing a wheel nut on the front right, but this was soundly dealt with by the Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh West servicing team. No other issues, and the car runs perfectly. All in all very pleased with the relatively easy process of purchasing the new car and part exchanging the old one. Would recommend the dealership to friends/family
