The experience at Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh West was great because the choice of car and dealer could not have been better. It was pleasing to know we made the right selection. The sales person (Dermot) could not have been more helpful or friendly. We live only a short distance from the Vertu West and were able to check our concern that the car fitted easily into our driveway on our test drive. It did. We were offered to have the car delivered but it was more convenient for us to pick it up at Vertu at the same time as the old vehicle was being traded in.
Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh West were fantastic from start to finish. Our salesman Kelson was great at explaining the difference between different cars and makes without being pushy. Everything was explained in great detail and time was spent making sure we were happy and all questions answered. My husband had a great test drive experience too. Upon picking up the car, it was cleaned and maintained to a high standard and again time was spent by Kelson going through everything, making sure we were happy to leave with the car. Thanks again for everything and we look forward to continuing being a future customer
