I'd recommend Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East because from the minute I entered the showroom I was greeted by friendly staff who were very welcoming and made me feel at ease about purchasing a car from them. The service was fantastic and they made everything simple yet clear throughout the entire process. The knowledge from the sales executives really showed through as they found us the perfect car to meet all our needs whilst doing a fantastic deal. Since leaving with our new car it’s been fantastic. The after care shown since has not gone unnoticed and the staff are an absolute credit to their organisation. Would very highly recommend.
I'd recommend Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East to anyone because their customer service was excellent. They went over and above to source the vehicle i was looking for. It was a very quick turn around for the vehicle to be delivered from another branch to the Edinburgh branch for me to pick it up. Going through the finance approval process was also quick and straightforward This level of customer service made the whole process very efficient from start to finish.

Had an excellent experience at the Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East! Our salesman Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made the whole process easy for us. He explained everything very clearly and made us feel we could trust him. He made he experience quite relaxed and fun, and we are extremely happy with the level of service and with the car which we have had for nearly a month now and has been absolutely great. Overall a really smooth and pleasant experience and would highly recommend.
