Katherine was amazing ,.from the initial call ,.the video she sent displaying the car ,meeting her /the test drive, so smooth no sales pressure, everything explained,.still no sales pressure, we collect our car today , she's real credit to the dealership . 10/10 , will be recommending to family and friends
The experience at Vertu Honda Truro was great because we knew what we wanted and weren't given hard sell re 'upselling'. We were given time to consider our purchase. Oscar was extremely helpful throughout and it was a nice touch to be introduced to the Sales Manager Andy. Oscar did everything possible to make this an enjoyable experience despite the price tag! Oh and the coffee was excellent! Thank you.
My experience at Vertu Honda Truro was excellent because everyone is so friendly and professional, ready to answer any questions and really made me want to buy from them! After going there and comparing their service with others, choosing them really was a 'no-brainer'. I have already recommended them to friends!
