I'd definitely recommend Vertu Honda Truro to friends and family because of the way i was dealt with by Kathryn (and Andy the sales manager) - Kathryn went above and beyond helping me in what was a very stressful situation, she took all of the pain out of having to get a new car, explained everything at every stage, nothing was too much for her - she is an absolutely amazing person (and sales woman!)
I was happy with the service provided to me at Vertu Honda Truro because all staff very very friendly and approachable. Oscar who I dealt with. Introduced himself immediately and was informative, knowledgeable and extremely helpful at every stage of the transaction. He kept me advised of the progress of my purchase and delivery. Was very thorough with the test drive and handover. I could not have asked for more. Thank you to everyone at Honda Truro.
Vertu Honda Truro were great because the customer service is amazing. Megan Adams who helped us choose out our new car, took all our needs into consideration to show us the best cars to suit us. And assisted us on test drives, giving us lots of information on the cars we drove. She provided us with lots of information about finance plans as we had never done this before and talked us through each step and helped to find us a plan that worked for us. We also are in love with our new car, its a perfect fit for us.
