The experience at Vertu Honda Lincoln was fantastic because, several reasons Ben was fantastic, very easy to talk with and he listened to the reasons we had to buy the car and why it suited our needs. Ben also showed us other vehicles which gave us the opportunity to check our own needs. Everyone was brilliant in the dealership and we felt welcomed. Ben took time to explain, we felt really comfortable buying from Ben and Vertu Honda. We will go back in the future when we change the car. Fantastic, thank you.
The experience at Vertu Honda Lincoln was very good because the car was the type I was after, a decent price for its model age and mileage and condition, it seemed to drive well on the test drive and the saleswoman explained everything and answered all questions, the service history was shown and questions from its history answered, finance offered and declined, purchase agreed and documents signed, arrangements made for prompt collection and final payment. When the engine management warning light illuminated within the first week, they booked it in promptly and offered petrol costs due to the distance from my home, the work was completed in one day the issue being identified and part replaced, all driving well.
I'd recommend Vertu Honda Lincoln because from the moment we entered the showroom, we were looked after by Austin who immediately listened to our needs about looking for a newer car to accommodate our two greyhounds. Austin was knowledgeable professional and friendly. whilst keeping us up to date. throughout the purchase of our new car. The handover of our new vehicle was carried out again professionally and friendly by Nish. All in all a very good experience at Honda Lincoln
