I'd recommend Vertu Honda Doncaster because the service we received from start to finish from Charlie was exceptional. He was really knowledgable about the car we were interested in and was fair with part exchange negotiations. I was able to collect the car the next day, everything about the process and service package was clearly explained.
After arriving at the Vertu Doncaster showroom I was warmly greeted by members of staff who were pleasant and helpful to my needs. Originally I was interested in a vehicle at another branch and requested a test drive of the same model. My sales representative was a gentleman called Shaun, who was a super guy. Nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly, polite, knowledgeable without being too pushy. It was his advice which persuaded me to purchase the demo car which ironically I test drove. The overall package suited my financial needs and peace of mind with the service and warranty plans included. Finance was discussed without being pushed, but I had a personal loan in place so not needed. Ultimately, a big thank you to you guys in particular Shaun, the whole process was seamless. I would certainly recommend friends and family to Honda Vertu Doncaster, a winning team!

My experience at Vertu Honda Doncaster was positive because I had an excellent experience purchasing my car and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Lukas. From the very beginning, Lukas was extremely helpful and professional. He answered every query I had promptly and thoroughly. On the occasions where he didn’t immediately know the answer, he always took the time to find out and came back to me quickly with clear information. His communication and honesty throughout the process were greatly appreciated. I travelled to Doncaster by train to collect the car, and Lukas went above and beyond by kindly picking me up on his way to work in his own car. This was not something he was obligated to do, but it made a huge difference and really demonstrated his commitment to providing great customer service. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and very positive from start to finish. Lukas is a real asset to the company and I believe his efforts and dedication should certainly be recognised by management. Thank you again for such a great experience.
