I was happy with the service at Vertu Ford Wigan because John Craig made the whole process easier for me by preparing videos for me to see the vehicle, arranging the best possible finance solution for me, attending to the delivery of the vehicle to my home in Scotland and checking in with me during and after the sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
I was pleased with Vertu Ford Wigan and would recommend them because there customer service, communication and everything was brilliant from start to finish. Big shout out to David Brady, he offered a 10/10 service from the minute I expressed interest in the car to the minute I collected it, everything was so easy! Would recommend these guys to anyone.
My experience at Vertu Ford Wigan was positive because the staff were friendly and inviting. Our sales person Sam was extremely helpful on what was a desperate day when our old car decided to retire. We felt our needs were listened to and everything was fully and clearly explained before we signed anything. We were able to leave feeling positive and excited about our new car. We also look forward to continuing to use Ford Wigan for services and MOT's.
