The staff at Vertu Ford Stoke were good because they were friendly , knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything so I never felt rushed into making the purchase . Anthony at Stoke understood that when purchasing a vehicle , some folks like myself can’t make that decision in 10 minutes and he went through the explanations at my speed.
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Ford Stoke because it was an overall good experience buying my car. I was looked after by staff and it was noticeable how polite and professional they were having been to other car sales places during the previous week. I am happy from start to finish with how I was dealt with as a customer, I plan in the next 2 years to get another car and I will go back to the same dealership and ask to deal with the same salesman, I am a very satisfied customer.
