Vertu Ford Shirley were great because the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Even after the sale I have been contacted by the salesman (Hamid Rahman) who I feel has gone above and beyond. There was an issue with the air con that Hamid has very quickly rectified. He has even arranged for the vehicle to be fixed at a Ford dealer near me (Stoke).
I’d happily recommend Vertu Ford Shirley. They’re a genuinely trustworthy brand with really knowledgeable dealers. Blake looked after me and went above and beyond to help me pick out my dream car. Honestly, I can’t thank the team at Vertu Ford Shirley enough for all their support.
