My experience at Vertu Ford Redditch was positive because Gabriella was patient, she answered my many questions and didn’t pressure me for an immediate decision, which many sales people do. Instead she checked in with me and talked me through the options, sending paperwork for me to look over the additional warranty, alloy cover etc, in my own time and make a decision. Not only that but Gabi followed up the next day to see how I was getting on and a few weeks later too. Thanks so much, you made this a pleasure able experience!
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Ford Redditch to friends and family because I received excellent service from Umer and my vehicle met all my expectations - I am very happy with my purchase. I was guided and supported throughout the process so I was comfortable that the decision I was making was the best choice for me.

Alec and Muhktar looked after me very professionally and kept me in the loop with all details through the purchase, alongside the delivery appointment and the different options and extra that were made available to me. The after car service from Alec has been brilliant, ensuring I have settled in well with the car and everything is going smoothly.
I was happy with the service at Vertu Ford Redditch because overall everything went ok however there is an issue that I had a dash cam in my old vehicle and was advised it would be removed and delivered back to me, I have chased this up several times but I still have not received the cam or any updates from them as to its whereabouts.
