Excellent service from Michael at Vertu Ford Morpeth. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole car-buying process straightforward and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Michael and the team to anyone looking for a new car.
I'd recommend Vertu Ford Morpeth to a friend because no pushy salesman given time to decide on on my purchase given a test drive as I bought an automatic which I'd never drove before ,paul was great at explaining how to drive the automatic giving me the confidence to buy the vehicle.
The experience at Vertu Ford Morpeth was fantastic. Michael made the whole experience very enjoyable and relaxed. Taking time to talk us through things where needed, but respecting when we said no. Such as to taking up the service plan. Would definitely use again and most certainly recommend to others! Thank you :)
