On first contact he made us feel comfortable no question was a stupid question I felt safe in the knowledge I could trust him after all this is a big purchase. He also sent me a video showing a 360• of the car once it was ready for collection even spent the time setting up our phones radio stations etc never had that before. I felt he went above and beyond and an asset to Vertu Gloucester

I bought the car without seeing it as it got delivered to my address in Hertfordshire & I felt comfortable & very confident & couldn't of asked for more.

He was very helpful, friendly and professional and the turnaround was very fast, which was what I needed. I was very impressed with the service I received.

The sales guy Tyler was excellent communicated everything, went through the purchase and called me after the car was delivered. The delivery driver Cameron also did and excellent job went through the vehicles details and completed a thorough inspection with me before he left.
