My experience at Vertu Ford Durham was memorable because jess helped us with all of our questions and got back to us quickly. Her customer service is 10/10 and she deserves a payrise. We bought 2 cars and got them on the same day, we was picked up because we was struggling with how to get to ford, she went above and beyond for us and we appreciate her help.
I had a great experience at Vertu Ford Durham because it met my needs in what I was looking for and within my budget as part of there value range of cars. Morgan helped me with all the questions I had about the car, there was no hard sales pitch just options there for you to take ot leave. Car was immaculate when picking up on the day of handover and drove just like new. Everything met my needs and I was on my way with my new car! Fantastic garage and team members all very helpful. Would highly recommend friends and family here or anyone who needs a ford in there life! 10/10 service
