I'd definitely recommend Vertu Ford Cheltenham because the process from start to finish was quick and easy , James went the extra mile , kept in contact till the handover and after the handover has made sure everything was ok , put me as a customer first and will definitely be using again , James is a credit to the company
The experience at Vertu Ford Cheltenham was fantastic because Christopher is very patient with us, especially with our questions regarding the car including taking videos and is honest about the car. We travelled from Glasgow and was impressed about the cars condition, Chris explains all the packages and services for the car. They even gave me a copy of the service record (on top of service history print out) for when it was last serviced or change oil. The car trade and buying process is very straightforward. They made our visit nice since they are very welcoming. Would recommend to family and friends even if we have to travel!! Thank you Christopher and Cheltenham Ford Team!!
I was happy with the service at Vertu Ford Cheltenham because Jim (James )went above and beyond to get us a car that we were happy with, we changed from manual to automatic and he went through everything and made sure we were comfortable test driving out on the road, he came in on his day off just to make sure everything was ready on time, Thank you Jim your help was much appreciated
