Vertu Ford Birmingham are great because they are carrying on the great traditions of Bristol Street Motors providing a first class service and having a range of cars to suit every pocket and need. Mark Selby, their representsative, was especially good as he listened very carefully to what I had to say and ensured that I bought a car which fitted my requirements.
The experience at Vertu Ford Birmingham was great because I interact with Mark who always looks for cars for me provides excellent interaction with me through the process of finding the best car for my needs. Explains everything clearly and if I have any questions is happy to answer.
Buying a used car is always a lottery and a smooth sale is always the easy part. When there is a problem with the car is when the real customer service counts and Vertu Ford excelled. I feel totally confident in their attitude and professionalism, pre-during and post sale, and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Mark (our Salesperson) and Ben (Sales Manager) were proactive and did everything to ensure the sales experience was smooth. I own a business focussed on customer service and was delighted so see that the art has not been lost in Birmingham.
