Vertu Citroën Derby were great because they have a great selection of cars, fantastic staff who tss as me there time to explain everything, we dealt with Jason who has been brilliant from start to finish, explaining all about the gadgets etc, our last Citroen didn’t have them,
The experience at Vertu Citroën Derby was fantastic because they have a great Team, but especially Saffron, who is just unlike your typical sales person and has such a personable, friendly, professional approach that she immediately helps you to trust in her suggestions and recommendations without fear of being taken for a ride, especially as a female purchaser. Saffron has also built a really good relationship with my Dad (who recommended me to Saffron Citroen Derby). You feel that Saffron genuinely cares about you and your budget/requirements and acts as such. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you are a woman looking to purchase a suitable, affordable vehicle locally.
