Easiest car deal I have ever done in my life!!!!! After spotting a car for my wife on the autotrader. Martin was very professional and friendly from the start. The car was a great price aswell. Communication was straight forward. He offered me a good price for my part exchange. After all the finance was through I arranged to collect Sunday morning. When meeting Martin, he\u2019s a really nice guy and I would definately buy a car from him again. A lot simpler than buying from a dealership where you usually spend an hour when picking your car up trying to say no to extra products they are trying to sell you!!!!!!! A couple months ago I bought my great little Mini from Bassetlaw Automotive. Absolutely brilliant customer service with Martin being happy to bring the car down to my location. Quick and easy from start to finish and there have been no faults with the car since purchased. Would highly recommend!!

Martin was very easy to deal with and honest. He talked me through the car over the phone and then collected me from the train station in the car so I could have a good look round and test drive it. I felt like I had plenty of time to inspect it (and it was just as advertised). I purchased the car and am very happy with it. At one point a warning light did come on, and I contacted Martin who replied quickly and was more than happy to help. I got the car seen to at my local garage - it couldn\u2019t have been less hassle. Overall a very good experience with Bassetlaw Automotive and I would recommend them to anyone on the hunt for a car.
I had been searching for a Jaguar F Pace for a number of months and finally found the one at Bassetlaw Automotive. The whole experience was enjoyable and stress free which was down to Martin who was extremely helpful and informative. I had a great experience buying a car from Bassetlaw Motors. From start to finish Martin was friendly, open, honest and even delivered the car to my home (60 miles away). It had a 3 month warranty and when there was an issue with door locking in this time, this was sorted without fuss. I could not recommend this small car dealership more. Fantastic service. Thank you.
The first car salesman iv ever met that didn't come with a hardcore sales pitch or an unbearable pressure to purchase. From viewing my new car to buying it was quick, easy and reliable. Great service all round and my new car is immaculate. Genuine guy, highly recommended.
