The salesman was nice Stewart, I bought the car online based on the pictures displayed on the dealers website as it was easier for me as it’s not easy for me to get about due to health condition. When I got the car and had a chance to check it over there were cigarette burns on the seats, a button missing from the heating control, scratches all over the plastic in the boot and dents on the bonnet. I expected some wear and tear but this was more than that. I contacted the garage to return the car after taking advice and they agreed to take the car back but are charging me £200 for them to collect as I cant take it back myself which I think is excessive saying it’s my responsibility to get the car back to them even though the photos misrepresented the condition of the car on website. It has put me off and I wouldn’t go back to this dealership other cars on their website show the condition of the inside of cars being sold and I think the photos of the damage to the car was deliberately missed out.
From the moment we were met by Gerry he was extremely helpful. He explained everything as I hadlost my V5 for my vehicle that was uplifted by Copart. Bought my Peugeot 3008. after buying car we notice an oil leak on my drive, Nothing was a bother was asked to bring it in to be repaired to which did. Also went back a few days later and Gerry applied my personalised plates. Would recommend Bridgenf Motors to family and friends.
