Purchased a car July 2025, it broke down within 3 days. The car was returned to Bridgend and after much negotiation/compensation we picked the car back up. April 2026 the same fault appears and car breakdown again. Repeatedly told the car was ready for pick up and no fault found. 2 weeks later they miraculously find an oil leak and will be £105 to fix. The warranty they offered me to keep the car after the first breakdown didn't cover that fault. I can accept things go wrong with cars and that is just unfortunate but the customer service, or the lack of it is something I've never came across before. There is lies, there is absolutely no attempt to keep your custom and above all no respect. I will never in my life use Bridgend again and would never recommend them. If you filter 1 star reviews you will see similar feedback. It's also funny that after a bad review there seems to be an influx of good ones, you don't fool me Bridgend but do yourself a favour and keep driving passed cause your custom will be better elsewhere.
Non pushy sales staff, good communication. Easy to chat to answered all questions , courteous and pleasant on telephone. Smooth purchase and I felt confident in my purchase. Organised taking van to and from the fitters for tow bar. Definitely will return in the future highly recommend.
