I had to return twice to have a loose shield fixed back in place minutes after buying my new car which flapped continuously when car was driven over 50 mph - Peter the salesman was visibly embarrassed having to return twice to the workshop to have it secured- my quick pick up of my car turned into a 5 hour nightmare - all aspects of a car being sold should be checked before client arrives to pick it up- if the same problem had happened a third time on leaving the showroom I would have cancelled the sale as I was so angry after having to stop within 5 miles of the showroom in the pouring rain twice in an area I had no knowledge of- luckily I used the sat nav to find my way back
Used Bridgend first to repair and service my horsebox. Great job! Then decided to change my car for a pick up. The Kilmarnock team, both sales and service, are so helpful, pleasant and efficient. Big thanks to Gordon in Sales and Kevin in Service. Keep doing what you're doing 👍
