1 star is to good for Van Monster. I brought a van from this company, unfortunately it had to go in for a serious amount of extensive repairs the first day i got to drive it. This van should not have left the depot and was certainly not fit for purpose. I am now unable to work due to my van being off the road for 5 days. Stay away from this company full of false promises and terrible service. Spend your hard earned money with another company.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Also knowledgable. Bought a 17 plate sprinter and the service was quick also valeted before we picked it up. Will return for more vans in the near future. Highly recommended

5* Service from Neil at the Blaydon branch. He made the process of buying my van very easy for me. Not pushy at all, very organised and helpful from enquiry through to sign over/purchase! This will definitely be my first call when I want to upgrade or expand. Thank you!

Almost 2 years after buying a van I received a spare key through the post that came into Blaydon branch. They didn’t need to go to the effort of sending it so it shows their level of customer service. Thank you Steve L
