Car broke down after 2 months, major suspension fault -undriveable, requested repair or replacement as per consumer rights act 2015, they have refused to take responsibility insisting I get the vehicle diagnosed at my cost which is against consumer rights act and confirmed by citizens advice who also advised they are sharing this information about v12 with trading standards due to their dodgy tactics. It is also impossible for me to get the car to a garage due to it being undriveable unless I pay for a car transporter. This should be rectified at the garages cost within the first 6 months of purchase but they just try and fob you off. Repair or replacement should be offered at no significant inconvenience to the purchaser. As they did not organise repair and the vehicle was undriveable I subsequently used my right to reject the vehicle within 6 months for a refund. They have not paid this. The after sales team have ignored correspondence and I am subsequently left with a car that doesn\u2019t work, 30k down and legal action as my recourse due to them being in breach of contract, not providing goods of appropriate and satisfactory quality. DO NOT buy from these conmen who lie about the law and your rights. They repeatedly have tried to make me pay out of pocket or use their dodgy warranty which is not in line with your consumer rights. Check out the v12 complaints Facebook page before you purchase. I wish I had.
Very friendly and patient staff! - We came two days in a row to see a couple of cars. Day 1 we were shown around by Kade who had great customer service and was really friendly. We were very impressed and comfortable taking our tike to make a decision om what car was right for us! Day 2 we were helped by Teigan who saw the sale through. Once again, she was lovely, very friendly, very helpful and got everything sorted to take home the car we would like. Thank you!

Didn't buy a car. Went to look at what they had and at one I'd seen online. No pressure from the staff but the cars weren't very well presented, not clean etc. Many didn't have prices and the one I went to look at had already been sold. Cars parked everywhere and didn't feel they were very well looked after.
Awful service - Awful service, we reserved a car and paid the \xa3100 to come and test drive and buy it. We drove 1 hour leaving work to do this. We got there and they told us someone else has taken it for a test drive and they don\u2019t know what\u2019s happened as it was reserved under our name. This customer ended up buying the car and we were told very casually whilst waiting in the waiting area. They then proceeded to make different excuses which didn\u2019t align with each other, head office could only see one reservation under our name. No real proper explanation or reason. We will not be using this company to purchase or recommend. On top of this I lost \xa31.30 on a bag of cheese and onion crisps as their machine is rubbish and dilpesh nearly broke the window trying to shake the vending machine getting it out. If you\u2019ve ever seen the phone shop this is the car dealership equivalent!
