The sales process was seamless. The after-sales experience was anything but. I initially left a five star review and was happy with the service at the time. However, following everything that has since unfolded, I feel obliged to update this review to reflect my true experience. I purchased this car in December and it was only after I had signed the contract and driven away from the dealership that the problems began to surface. The headlights were throwing up constant warning errors, the indicators were non-functional making the car not road legal, and the low beams were severely distorted. I raised this on the very first day and expected it to be dealt with promptly. What followed was months of chasing. Multiple calls, messages and trips back to the dealership just to get a response. Each time I had to push to get any movement at all. Worth noting the dealership is over an hour away each way, so every visit came at a cost of time and petrol that I should never have had to spend in the first place. Eventually, after persistent pressure, they sourced a replacement headlight unit. A non-OEM part sourced from AliExpress. It did not work. More time wasted. More chasing. More visits. By March the car was still non-compliant and would not have passed an MOT. With no resolution in sight I had no choice but to arrange the repair myself. I paid \xa31,100 out of pocket for a proper OEM replacement to fix a fault that existed from the day I collected the car. We had an agreement that I would be reimbursed. When that fell through I even offered to accept half just to resolve it. They could not honour even that. I received \xa3350. As for the extended warranty I was sold, it has proven completely useless and offered no protection whatsoever when I actually needed it. To make matters worse, it was only after signing and driving away that I also discovered the car had multiple undisclosed MOT failures with the underlying issues completely unresolved at the point of sale. There was also undeclared accident damage and prior repair work that was never mentioned at any point during the buying process. Information I had every right to know before signing anything. Mo was helpful during the purchase and the process felt straightforward. But that service completely disappears the moment you drive away. Their commitments are not worth the breath they are spoken with. Get an independent inspection before you buy. Get everything in writing. And do not let them sell you a warranty. ————— To address the owner’s response: only one headlight unit was replaced, not both as stated. That claim is factually incorrect. Regarding disclosure, no warning lights or fault codes were present when I started the vehicle at the point of sale. The errors only appeared after I had driven away for the first time. This strongly suggests fault codes were cleared prior to collection, which is not the same as transparent disclosure. On the buyback offer: by that point I had invested over \xa32,500 into the vehicle across new alloys and tyres, dechrome, rear diffuser, backbox delete, panoramic grille, boot spoiler, side skirts and a custom steering wheel. On wheels and tyres alone I spent over \xa3800. Accepting the buyback at the original sale price would have left me down over \xa32,500 in modifications, \xa31,100 in headlight repair costs, plus wasted time, fuel costs chasing the repair and additional insurance expenses. That is not a reasonable resolution by any definition.
My father found this car dealer online, we paid a visit, and have been dealing with the owner Tahir, who along with his staff have been extremely helpful, friendly and professional, advising us in finding the perfect car, suitable for my father's needs. The experience has been excellent from start to finish, and we are now driving away very happy. Thank you Tahir and we look forward to dealing with you again. Regards, Jamil & Salah.
Amazing service, Mr Tahir looked after us very well! We were so happy we got such a good deal, we walked away super happy, and confident with the car and the service provided. Mr Tahir went out of his way to make things right for us, sorting out few things and giving us additional in our package and we’re very grateful for that!!
Very disappointing experience. I experienced undisclosed extra charges and serious concerns regarding the accuracy of the vehicle mileage and the information provided to me during the purchase process. After investigating further, I personally felt that some important details about the vehicle were not presented clearly or transparently. Because of these concerns, I reported the matter with supporting evidence to Trading Standards and other relevant authorities for further review. Communication and after sales support were also disappointing in my experience. I would strongly advise potential buyers to do their own full inspections, independent vehicle history checks, and verify everything carefully before making any payment or signing agreements. This review reflects my personal experience only.
Was so excited getting the deal done for car. After I took the car home everything went down hill. Battery died, the finance agreement got from the finance company showed a little extra in the interest rate when compared what was told to me when I was getting the car, then noticed there was no floor mate under the cleaning paper, it then took me around 2 weeks after constant follow up to get batter changed and in the mean time my car was unlocked on the drive way for 2 weeks due to the battery plus other issues. I even had to remove this review as they called and said they would sort it everything quickly but nothing changed. Was quite disappointed.
