Fantastic service from TrustFord Castleford. Initially spoke to Danny Blacker about a previously owned Ford Explorer we'd seen advertised which unfortunately turned out to be reserved, however within a few days they had managed to source another vehicle with the exact specification we wanted. We were a little nervous about making the purchase as we don't live near Castleford so couldn't go up to see the car, but Danny was great, helped us every step of the way, arranging delivery and pick-up of our part exchange and we couldn't be happier with the car. Many thanks to Danny and the team at Castleford, highly recommended.
Our experience of Trust Ford Wilmslow, was shocking at best! Went with my son to buy a £17.500 car. Trusting Ford main dealership you would like to think the service would be good. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. My son had saved for a car that was not in a condition that it should or could have been and worse still Lee our salesperson was less than bothered. Customer experience nil. The car had a split in the tyre, a bulge in the tyre, keyless entry not working, car battery not charged sufficiently to operate the keyless entry, not valeted, alloy wheel scratched and blamed the car cleaner who had simply washed the car and left it filthy. And on test drive it pulled to left as tracking out. The issues were so obvious that it was clear we had been lied to about the condition of the car. Had this been a cheap old banger you might expect problems and issues, but not when you have saved and saved for an expensive car!! The customer experience was shocking, no tea or coffee offered until about an hour of trying to sort all the issues. No genuine apologies just felt disingenuous at best. The experience could have been totally different had Lee bothered to do his job. The manager was helpful and did knock money off for the list of issues that need rectifying. However, it’s all now our problem in our time to sort out. Had this not been my son’s dream car and the fact we had travelled 2.5 hours we would have walked away. The garage should be called Don’t Trust Ford !!! Shame on you.
