Trust Ford Carlisle made changing our car a smooth hassle free experience especially Matthew who made us feel like our custom was important . Only reason i`m not giving a 5 star rating is after setting up finance etc due to an administrative error we were told the car we chose was not available due to a recall
The purchase of the car was handled perfectly by Scott Jowett he was extremely helpful and made the experience simple and efficient. However we have had problems with the vehicle failing to start pretty much from day one, now booked in to hopefully sort with the same efficiency, fingers crossed.
Since being with Ford the are always helpful and keep me updated when waiting on my new vehicle and they always send a email to ask how the new vehicle is and especially muj Hussain he is the person that always keeps me updated and he is very polite and always tells me about everything on the vehicle
Great experience with Trustford Craigavon when buying a Puma Gen-E. Knowledgeable sales staff, very informative and a well presented vehicle. Can’t fault the sales process with everything explained, from the various options to the final sales price. All in all I would recommend Trustford Craigavon.
I’ve used trust Ford Huddersfield since purchasing my van from them in 2021 for servicing unfortunately I won’t be going back I’ve had major parts missed by the mechanic on my latest service when this was brought up nobody was interested I spoke to the service manager only to be lied to and dismissed. I will never use Ford Huddersfield again for purchasing or service. Absolutely zero customer service.
