When we went to view the car and have a test drive the staff were really helpful. However they offered a 6 month warranty and when the warranty details were sent over it was only 3 months. They also said they can provide details of the full service history and would send over from previous owner. 4 weeks later and they continue to ignore me. From a main dealer the level of service is shocking. One word about Trustford - AVOID
Swift action in finding the appropriate car. Listened to and acted upon concerns just before the sale, of little aspects that needed checking before purchasing of the car, such as tyres, hub caps, missing paint etc. Explained all finance options carefully as the car was bought.
