Had a really great experience getting my new Motability vehicle from TrustFord Stockport, all thanks to Steve King. Steve was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the start. He explained everything clearly, made the whole process easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed or pressured at any point. The handover went smoothly, and everything was ready as expected, which made the experience even better. I’m really happy with my new car and the support I received throughout. Highly recommend Steve King at TrustFord Stockport if you’re looking for a Motability vehicle — excellent service from start to finish!
Arranged a date for an M.O.T, Service and Re-Call and it was very straight forward over the phone. Turned up today and was met by Nathan who was very friendly, polite and explained the process. It was very quick and the car passed everything, so I was happy. Big shout out to Nathan.
disgusting/appalling service from Trustford Alperton. We had some diagnostics issues with our car - they provided a time to fix, the car sat in the garage for two days with no work done, we were treated with derision by their team, we needed the car back, we were charged £180 or they wouldnt give us the keys back for nothing - we wrote a letter of complaint to their manager Steve Hearne who has never acknowledged our complaint or any of our chasing up...absolutely lowest of the low
