I have just purchased a new Ford Kuga and the service received was excellent. Daniel McLernon kept me fully updated throughout the whole process with regular calls and e-mails about the car. It was delivered on the date advised and on collection Daniel explained in detail all the functions of the car and answered the questions I had. All aspects of the purchase were pleasantly handled by Daniel and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was definitely 5 stars!
Customer service very good. Sales person very friendly and helpful . Advice about my car very good and information about finance very good too. The sales man was excellent in all aspects of purchasing the vehicle and gave me confidence to purchase my car with Trust Ford.
