prior to purchae, i raised the condition of the tyres, ie 4 different make of tyre, and 2 of them had visual cracking. i was told the cracking was due to car being left in sun,for long periods, and that they had all been inspected and were legal as tread depth etc and perfectly safe to use. after purchase, my two sons raised concerns, with the tyres, as i carry grand children often. took car to two MOT stations and both said although legal, they were surprised A FORD MAIN DEALER ,would allow a car to be sold in this condition.I now intend to get RAC involved.
When we went to view the car and have a test drive the staff were really helpful. However they offered a 6 month warranty and when the warranty details were sent over it was only 3 months. They also said they can provide details of the full service history and would send over from previous owner. 4 weeks later and they continue to ignore me. From a main dealer the level of service is shocking. One word about Trustford - AVOID
