Wouldn't recommend this Ford Dealership at all. Reserved a van but couldn't complete the sale as sale of our part exchange vehicle fell through. They have refused to refund the deposit and are keeping it "the deposit will cover the drop in value going into May" the van is currently for sale for more than we reserved it for. WN75FXE we reserved at £28,540 currently on website for £28,790.
This is the 5th vehicle we have bought from trustford. As always from start to finish it was a great experience. We always deal with Ryan Goodyear and he always provides great customer service. This time it seemed even easier with most things done digitally so not a lot of time needed to be actually at the dealership.
Everyone was fantastic, so so helpful and we were particularly happy with Gemma our sales person, so professional , so reassuring and she put us at ease from start to finish, we felt we could rely on her and trust her. She has already followed us up after the sale. Gemma has a lovely way about her with customers and is a great asset to Trust Ford😊
Trust Ford Carlisle made changing our car a smooth hassle free experience especially Matthew who made us feel like our custom was important . Only reason i`m not giving a 5 star rating is after setting up finance etc due to an administrative error we were told the car we chose was not available due to a recall
The purchase of the car was handled perfectly by Scott Jowett he was extremely helpful and made the experience simple and efficient. However we have had problems with the vehicle failing to start pretty much from day one, now booked in to hopefully sort with the same efficiency, fingers crossed.
Since being with Ford the are always helpful and keep me updated when waiting on my new vehicle and they always send a email to ask how the new vehicle is and especially muj Hussain he is the person that always keeps me updated and he is very polite and always tells me about everything on the vehicle
