I booked my van for a little work in the garage and I drop the van off and in the next hour they call me back they are too busy to do the work on my van…. So I’m taking a day off work to drop the van at Ford Cribbs causeway losing £300 for no reason They are completely waste of time and money
The salesman Adrian was friendly and professional. He answered any questions promptly regarding the van and the finance options. He is quick at responding to any texts or calls about the order and kept me updated on when the van would be ready for collection. The showroom being open late in the evenings was helpful as i dont get home until after 5pm evedyday. The sales manager Ryan called a few days later to check i was happy with the vehicle and thanked me for my business. The van is the specific type and colour i was after. It was a hastle free experience.
Booked my car in for a new exhaust. Given a rough quote of just over £1300 including Clamps, Hangers and Nuts. Told it will take about an hour and a half, labour was included in the quote over the phone. Dropped off just after half 8 expecting it to be ready by 11. Told the service agent I was told it would take around 2 hours and I would be back to collect it. I was told they would text me when it was ready. 11:15 comes so I call them. Chap says he will go and check progress. Comes back to the phone and says it is just being started and will be a couple of hours. Not take a couple of hours, it will be a couple of hours. Head back to the garage at 14:00. The guy tells me it has not been started yet. He also tells me that they haven't ordered all the clamps so I will need to rebook. I tell him to get me my car, I am leaving. Tells me it will take 5 minutes to get it off the ramp and to the front of the building. 10 minutes pass so I go looking for my car. It's not on a ramp but parked in the workshop with the new exhaust on the floor in front of it. Ask the mechanic for my car. Tells me 5 minutes it will be out the front. While I am waiting another 10 minutes a service assistant asks when I want to rebook for!!! Wated a day off through TrustFord's blatant lying. I wont be buying the Puma ST I had my eye on if that's how my local Ford dealer operates. VW Golf heading my way.
