Thanks to Morris, my new car purchase went well. It was a bit rushed in the end and there were a number of processes and documents to wade through but Morris helped me through this. One little niggle was that only one of the two reversing lights was working. I was told that it is Ford's policy to only install one reversing light bulb.
My car has been in since Tuesday morning with TrustFord Wimbledon, I have had to call nearly twice a day and no feedback, the customer advisor was supposed to call me back yesterday, today and no response. I have had to take uber, buses, trains to work and no response on car rental despite car being under warranty. Very, very poor communication
I booked my van for a little work in the garage and I drop the van off and in the next hour they call me back they are too busy to do the work on my van…. So I’m taking a day off work to drop the van at Ford Cribbs causeway losing £300 for no reason They are completely waste of time and money
The salesman Adrian was friendly and professional. He answered any questions promptly regarding the van and the finance options. He is quick at responding to any texts or calls about the order and kept me updated on when the van would be ready for collection. The showroom being open late in the evenings was helpful as i dont get home until after 5pm evedyday. The sales manager Ryan called a few days later to check i was happy with the vehicle and thanked me for my business. The van is the specific type and colour i was after. It was a hastle free experience.
