Well what can I say? After weeks of researching cars - Kia’s, Cherry, Jaecoo, Etc finally decided on a Ford Kuga ST Line X, now lots of Ford Dealers but somehow was drawn to Ford Castleford, Rang them car I wanted excellent price got over by think 1.00pm deal done drove away by 4.15pm. Andy just AWESOME knew his job part exchange brilliant. In fact to be honest has been immensely superb, one very happy customer- Barry McArdle
Had a great experience buying from the Staines branch with Jubril. A to the point no BS style which I really appreciated . Good candid advice on the finance , provided all the information I asked for promptly and clearly worked late two days to try and get the Monday delivery secured which I dropped on him last minute ! Delighted with the car and was very happy with this service received so far
Had placed a deposit on a car in Bristol. Arranged to view the car and when I saw the car it was in very poor condition including a ripped drivers seat , 4 random tyres one of which had a chunk missing from the side wall and paint work in poor condition. The car was £14500 and intended to add a warranty for 1k. Salesman told me that I should expect these types of problems on a used car!! He then refused to process my refund of the deposit and was very aggressive and unpleasant. Made a complaint to the manager but sure nothing will happen. AVOID!
