Terrible customer service. I bought a Puma from them less than a year ago and due to some misplaced customer loyalty I decided to book my car’s first MOT with them . I booked it two weeks ago and the day before it was due to go in Ford called and cancelled it due to technical issues. They won’t rebook it or even give me a date when they will be open to rebookings. My MOT expires in a few days and Ford has left me high and dry. The lady who phoned to give me the news wasn’t even very apologetic. Her attitude was you that’s how it is and you just have to live with it. Shocking! When I originally booked the MOT they tried to flog me a service plan - they don’t know the meaning of the word.
