We would like to sincerely thank Trust Ford for their outstanding customer support and excellent service. Our experience with the company has been extremely professional, respectful, and satisfying. We especially want to express our appreciation to Ms. Narissa Alves for her exceptional customer service, kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude. She was always very patient, helpful, and attentive to our needs, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant for us. Having team members like Narissa truly reflects how much Trust Ford values its customers. We bought a used car from Ford Huddersfield & Beth who we dealt with handled everything excellently. The only issue we had was trying to contact anyone by 'phone, which is impossible & quite frustrating.We had to email any queries/questions which were quickly dealt with, or go into the showroom.All that said, we still found the experience quite stressful until all was finalised.Probably because we'd bought our last car (from Ford Huddersfield) 11 years ago!
