Fantastic experience from start to finish with Trust Ford in Castleford. Scott Jowett was excellent, incredibly professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The initial personalised video was a nice touch and gave me an excellent overview of the car. We were allowed to go on an extended test drive to make sure we were really comfortable with the car. The optional extras were well explained and great finance options. We even had our new car personally delivered to our house an hour away! Just thrilled with the car and the whole experience. Highly recommended.
I recently bought a Mini Countryman from TrustFord, Castleford, and I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The entire purchase process was smooth and straightforward. I travelled from Chester to view the car and returned five days later to complete the purchase. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. I was also pleased to find that they are dog-friendly, which was a nice touch. The only criticism I would make relates to the advertisement, which suggests that vehicles can be transferred and viewed at any TrustFord sales location, potentially one closer to your home. While this is apparently possible, I was informed that the dealerships have to buy and sell vehicles between themselves in order to facilitate a transfer, making the process less straightforward than the advertisement implies. I dealt primarily with Andy Mallinson and Ben, one of the managers, and I have nothing but praise for both of them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would not hesitate to deal with them again in the future. Thank you.
Continuity of same staff member was good (luke) but he himself was really good, understood everything 1st time, came across genuine and was honest throughout even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear, respect that, got my awesome car within 4-5 weeks which was what Luke roughly thought at the start and kept me upto date throughout. I saw a transit custom dciv sport I liked the look of on auto trader at the trust Ford Birmingham branch on the Saturday after visiting some other main dealers and feeling very disappointed with their somewhat lacklustre customer relations , I popped in on the Monday to have a quick look at the van as I was passing on my way to a job and I met Juned the commercial sales executive , from the offset he was absolutely brilliant , he didn’t hesitate in moving the van so I could have a proper look around it and was helpful but not in any way pushy , he was knowledgable and on the ball and his communication and help throughout the process of buying the van was amazing , he really pulled out all the stops for me to be able to pick my new custom up ready to take it on a fishing trip down south within 5 days of first seeing it before it became my new workhorse . All I can say is the commercial sales staff at Birmingham were all brilliant ( and I’ve brought a lot of new vans over my time) but a special mention goes out to Juned who was absolutely amazing and is a credit to trust group , I will certainly be back in touch with him when I need to purchase another van for my business ! It’s my first time using Trust Ford but it will definitely not be my last .
