Have had our Mercedes SLK for just over a week now since buying from Troon cars. No high pressure salesmen, just really lovely guy who did everything we asked of him to prep the car. Likeable, pleasant, polite...definitely a very positive car buying experience. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a Mercedes!
Billy was acting like is forced to work there, no emotions for new costumer. Have a great selection of Mercedes vehicles in stock, but there is a problem. I dont know if they knew or not but as soon as I left the dealership with my car abs, traction and (P) lights came on and know I am dealing with rubbish AA guarantor. Beware maybe I have been scammed.
Just sold my second car to them and the service has been awesome. We are in Manchester and they came all the way up and purchased it without any issues. Money transferred instantly and drove away. I would definitely recommend them if you are selling your Mercedes car. AND THEY PAID ME TOP PRICE FOR IT! More then anyone else.
