Yet another fantastic car from these guys at Troon cars, this will be my 4th car in 5 years and couldn’t be happier, they really know Mercedes, would highly recommend, thank you Nigel and Billy

Just bought a Mercedes A-Class from Troon Cars and couldn’t be happier. Billy was great to deal with no pressure, no hassle, just great service. Smooth process and a great car. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid Troon Cars LTD! The car I bought had multiple serious issues within days: an oil leak (initially denied, then later admitted they had “topped it up”), a diesel leak that caused strong fuel fumes inside the cabin which affected my breathing and health, and battery faults that stopped the start/stop function working. Ambient lights were not always working. While they eventually replaced the battery, they failed to complete the required Mercedes diagnostic calibration, leaving the issue unresolved. Be very cautious dealing with Billy and Nigel. Despite claiming they personally inspect and select their cars, the number of problems suggests otherwise. Poor knowledge, poor handling of issues and an overall bad experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this garage. Refunding me my money back is the only thing they did right.

Recently bought my car from Troon Cars, absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish, Billy and Nigel went above and beyond during the process. Have owned the car for a while now and it’s an absolute pleasure, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for their next car.

Bought this lovely SLK on Saturday from Troon Cars. Drove it home 90 miles back to Essex and it drove like a dream. Great service from start to finish from Billy. He sorted my tax and 12 month AA breakdown cover (all part of the service). Really professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Troon Cars again. Would definitely recommend. Five stars!

Jimmy at Troon Cars purchased a 3 year old Mercedes A Class from me recently. Not only did he offer the best price, but paid for the vehicle immediately and then sent a driver to Hull to collect it. Great stress free service.
