Edit! After buying a ford kuga from them the engine management light came on within 2 days, P0420 catalytic converter efficiency below threshold bank 1, live data shows oxygen sensor 2 bank 1 mimicking oxygen sensor 1 bank 1 indicating a major fault with the catalytic converter, also the catalytic temperature spiked to over 900\xb0C see attached photos! Also had this confirmed by 2 separate garages who also said its a ford dealership only part! Took car back and exercised short term right to refusal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 verbally and formally by email, made car available for dealership (left it on their forecort)! They rejected our statutory rights refuse to refund for selling an unroadworthy car asked them to confirm that the refuse our rejection in writing they also refused! Left their dealership and sent another formal email exercising short term right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they then confirmed on their reply email the refuse Letter before action has now been sent, they have been reported to trading standards aswell! Would highly recommend people avoid this place as they are all nice and sweet until there is an issue with the car they sell you then they don't want to know and will try bully and intimidate you into accepting a repair when your well within your rights to reject the car within the first 30 days of ownership! Just bought a jag off these guys hard it shipped to me in devon when i got it i found an unseen issue phoned up tge guys they said take it to a garage of my choice one got to the garage of my choice the bill ended up being eye watering i then phone trinity guys they said not a problem phone us once its done and tgey paid for it no messing around easy sorted im a beleaver in that if the issue get sorted hassle free thats good costmer service thankyou lads at trinity ill be looking on yoyr site when i want an upgrade
