They holding my car more then 6 weeks as my car is in warranty.They already changed 6 times for deliver with repaired the car. Every time just before the collection date the call or massage me and then say car will not ready this week..6 times they have do this with me . They picked up my car 19th December and today is 30th January still I didn’t get my car back.As a responsible Dealer You should think , I bought the car 16 October 2025 and sent the car for repair 19 December 2025 and still today I didn’t get my car car back thats mean i didn’t drive 6 weeks but my car is in your garage more then 6 weeks. So what kind of car you have sold to me.Can I trust you anymore??

Absolutely over the moon with my new car! Put down a deposit on a nissan qashqai as needed an upgrade from my mini since having 2 children and not enough space. Had an appointment made to go see the car and test drive and took it home the same day! No one following you around you are given the keys and left to look at your own pace, went on a long test drive to make sure everything felt ok with the car and it was spot on. Car needed new tyres so we dropped the price slightly and said wed replace them ourselves which wasnt an issue at all. It was packed full of people looking at and buying cars which is always a good sign. After getting the car home i noticed my windscreen wash was leaking at the back and it had gone onto the inside roof of the car bright blue my partner fixed the issue as it wasnt anything major and definitely nothing the sellers would have known about so no big issue. Anyway took it back they cleaned the mark off and gave the car a clean too! They are more than happy to help you with anything you need 100% recommend 👌

Bought my BMW 2 series from these guys just before Christmas, absolutely fantastic service all way throughout, helped me hand pick & source my car! My car had been bumped into in a car park, brought it back in to the garage for some advice / recommendations & they have helped repair and got it back to me in less than a week! Super professional and highly recommended!

At first, you get a friendly face and a friendly greetings. The car drives really well, till it has a recall and faults starts coming up. When you contact Trinity Motors Ltd and make them aware of this, they give you a run around. Somewhat, you will take it to a local garage, it then they are unhappy with the local garage you choose and they requested to take it the garage of they choosing. The faults were finally repaired, but they refused to give me an invoice of the repairs done to it. They become reluctant to give an invoice as if they are avoiding to show what was done to it. When I phone the garage that made the repairs they stated it was the Pressure sensor on the Adblue that was repaired. Driving my vehicle and keeping track of my Adblue, it seems the Adblue is not giving accurate mileage of adding adblue. Vehicle drives fine but the question still remains if the Faults was correctly repaired or just simply deleted the Adblue fault in the system, which is probably cheapest way to get it done. Yes, the Dealership may seem trustworthy at first, but then you will be treated rudely and ignored. Since my 3months warranty has run out with them, I hope I don't deal with this Dealership in the near future.
