Bought a Mercedes A-Class from here 2 months back and forgot to leave a review! Absolutely amazing service. These guys are spot on, Car ended up having one small issue but without hesitation they sorted it out straight away for me! Nice genuine car sales people they ain’t just here for your money unlike some garages they make sure everything is up to your standards and liking. Thanks again guys!

Excellent experience with Trade Right Cars. They were very responsive and I paid the reserve fee. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed with the purchase but they very kindly refunded me the reserve fee without my even asking. Shows that they are true professionals. I would recommend

I've received outstanding customer service from Nigel at Trade Right Cars Cardiff . From the moment I spoke to Nigel on the phone I felt at ease and I had a great positive vibe about the whole situation. The premises are excellent, customer service is outstanding, Nigel has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and I definitely am !!! The car is immaculate ! An 8 year old car that looks and feels like new . Nigel sorted all the paperwork for me as well ! I've just driven almost 50 miles back home in my new car and I really enjoyed the drive, lovely car,excellent quality and service. Thank you!

Trade Right Cars were professional and helpful. Although I decided not to proceed with my purchase as I needed a different specification, the car was as described and Sean and Nick refunded the reservation with no issues at all.

I have bought a car back in March, unfortunately almost instantly had a problem with it. The guys were very helpful and tried to get it sorted for me locally as Cardiff is a bit of a distance. I ended up taking it back to them for repair, since then my cars works perfectly fine. Great customer service from a very reliable and trustworthy dealership! Thank you :)

After having a bad experience in purchasing a vehicle elsewhere I was stressed about trusting another company and also being slightly out of my area however I could not have been more happy choosing Nick and Nigel to purchase from. I bought a nissan qashqi from them back in February and they have been nothing but amazing, they are family orientated and keep their word. Had a minor issue come up with the vehicle which they fixed instantly. I would 100% recommend them, they are so helpful and trustworthy exactly what you need when purchasing a vehicle. Most people have a highly cynical viewpoint when it comes to the motor trade and car dealers. In my experience, this is, in the most part, justified. However, sometimes in life we can be magically surprised. This was such an occasion. From initial conversation and walk around video to eventual purchase, everything was seamless. Nick and the team took great care in highlighting any issues or points I should be aware of at every stage. Next level communication, simply put. Post purchase, there was a major issue with the car which they couldn't have predicted. They covered the cost of rectifying the issue which was over \xa32,500. In essence, they must have made a loss on the car. Nick, Nigel and the team are a credit to the industry. Very engaging, customer driven professionals who are interested in your satisfaction, not just making a fast buck. I would not go anywhere else to purchase a second hand car. Obviously, Cardiff is a bit of a trip from London but peace of mind is worth it. Thank you for your kindness, understanding and an exceptional buying experience.
