Very disappointing experience. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, who advertises a 3-month warranty with their cars. Shortly /The photo was taken two weeks later/ after purchase, a serious fault developed with the catalytic converter, resulting in a costly repair. The repair cost is close to \xa3600!!! When I attempted to claim under the advertised warranty, the claim was refused, with the dealer stating that the fault was not present at the time of sale. Communication was dismissive and unhelpful, and I was told to pursue the matter through the courts if I disagreed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealer!

We bought a car from this dealer which had a starting issue from the day we purchased it. To be fair, he did come out the same day to check the problem and arranged for it to be repaired, which we appreciated, even if there was a lack of communication and I was due to have a baby any day. However, despite being told the issue had been sorted, the same starting problem is still happening. We have not been provided with any proof of what repair was carried out, and we have since been informed that proof will not be sent until we leave a review. We understand that under consumer rights, faults present at the time of sale should be properly repaired and documented without conditions being attached. Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences, not be used as leverage to obtain information we are entitled to. We are simply looking for confirmation that the issue has genuinely been resolved and that the car is safe and reliable.

Can’t thank them enough! Lovely guy! Really helpful when viewing, no pressure, happy to show all cars, let us test drive and have advice -mon the cars and not pushing for the most money! Any issues I have had in the past 3 months after he has helped with and if it wasn’t covered by the warranty he has been kind enough to help! He’s a very trusty man and I couldn’t recommend him enough as he didn’t have to help at all!!! Thank you! And wish him all the luck in the future!

Just bought a Mini Countryman from TND Car Sales. They were very polite and pleasant to deal with, answered the telephone unlike some other dealers. The car was nicely presented and was sold to me with a new MOT with no advisories. All is well with it so far. Based on my own experience i would recommend.

I have just bought a car from TND and it is in amazing condition, handed over with a clean, brand new MOT. Is also lovely and clean inside. Would 100% recommend anyone to purchase a car from them! Very quick to respond to messages and happy to answer any questions!
