Jon was exceptionally professional and attentive throughout. For a sale right before May bank holiday,a working day short and needing a delivery with a deadline, everything was explained thoroughly and honestly, kept updated and delivered (in both senses) exactly as you could have hoped from half way across the country. Only praises from me as a very happy customer. Highly recommended
Arranged to purchase a car and leave a deposit. Guy said he would send across a video walk round prior to delivery and that he would do it asap. Nothing came through and he called back 2 hours later saying he had sold the vehicle! Absolutely shocking especially when my daughter was looking forward to getting it. Terrible customer service! I phoned you back and said that my daughter would pay the deposit and you said only after the video call! Stop making excuses! Basically you agreed to sell the car to us (price agreed and delivery) and then rather than fulfilling the agreement you decided to sell it to someone else. Dishonest!
