If I could I would give 0 stars, I have bought a vehicle from NT Traders about a month ago, in April. First day I drove it, the service light came on, I have checked the service history and realised that the service was due on March. However, NT Traders decided not to do the service and sell the car like this, I paid 300£ for delivery, as I live quite far. So when I contacted them regarding the issue they simply stated that I should bring the car to the garage to do the service, although I mentioned that this should of be done a month ago and I live far. In the end they agreed to do the service to a local garage and they will refund, yet they only refund it 100£, from 160£. Now while I was waiting for the service to be done, I was called to be shown that the car is full of rust underneath. Just to mention I have bought this car for 8666£. I contacted them regarding the issue, stating that I do not want to pay this money for a car in this stage. I also offered to change with another vehicle from there garage. Yet, two weeks later I am still being ignored. AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Definitely not serious people, they do not care about their customers, once they have their money is over. Not to mention the tyres are also destroyed, I also need to change the tyres. They brought the car very dirty, not even cared to wash it. Very disappointing and bad experience! AVOID IT!!!!!!
: I would not advise even my worst enemy to go near this garage. I financed a car through 247 and received a Peugeot 2008 from this garage. When it was delivered, it was already in poor condition for a 2023 reg. I parked it in my garage immediately because I was going on holiday, and when I returned, I discovered it was leaking oil. I contacted the garage straight away, but I had to chase them constantly before they finally collected the car within two weeks. The car was never driven during this time except to move it into the garage, and the mileage proves that. I told 247 that I no longer wanted the car, but the garage delayed their response and is now claiming the car had cosmetic damage. This is absurd. I took multiple photos and videos the day it arrived, and I also have the video they sent me before delivery. Their claim simply doesn’t match the evidence. It’s honestly frightening that a business can behave like this. You know there was something wrong with the car, yet you’re trying to shift the blame and get money out of me even though I rejected the car within the legal timeframe for a genuine mechanical fault. To anyone reading this: do not buy a red Peugeot 2008 (2023) from this garage. The car had mechanical issues from day one, and the garage has been dishonest throughout the process. Shameful behaviour.
