I bought my 8 series in March, to be honest, when I collected it, it was poor in cleanliness, it became more apparent over the couple of weeks post purchase how filthy the inside was, the experience buying it was very long winded, as a family we have been in the car industry for 60 years, which I told them on arrival to save the spiel, but the salesman had to keep reverting to the man in the office to see what he could do deal wise, a very straight forward deal but put us through the ordeal nonetheless, despite us having more experience then he had hot dinners, fast forward 3 months, I have just had to have the accelerator replaced and a new gasket and brace repaired as the vehicle fell into limp mode, £504 later including VAT, we were advised at the time of purchase that we should take the remainder of the part ex over 5 YEARS!!! And explained to us this was a good idea, forgetting I had told him our experience, I asked that the leather dents get sorted, and that the key was low on battery, all sorted, but wasn't, we are irritated by the "get them out of the door" policy, and irritated that I had to fork out £504 on a £35k car three months later, it comes with MOT and service for two years, would I trust them with my MOT? Not a chance, however, they can service it that's for sure, please be aware guys, it's a shoddy service in every respect. Ps, I have the receipt for the repairs, FYI. Never again, spend more on a BMW dealer. Shocking.
⚠️ Avoid This Dealership – Extremely Disappointing Experience ⚠️ I visited this dealership with my friend; he bought a Toyota Prius, and I purchased a 2023 Lexus ES300h. On the day of the test drive, the vehicle was covered in heavy dust and dirt, making it difficult to properly inspect the paintwork and body condition. Trusting the dealership, I proceeded with the purchase. However, on the day of delivery, once the vehicle had been cleaned, multiple issues became visible, including deep scratches, scuffs, paint defects, and a misaligned passenger door. When I raised these concerns immediately, I was assured by staff that the issues would be logged, photographed, and resolved in a way that would leave me satisfied. Unfortunately, this was followed by weeks of stressful phone calls and delays. Eventually, I was instructed to obtain an official repair quotation from a body shop. I did so and received a written quotation/invoice totaling £700 for front bumper paintwork, driver-side wing repair, and passenger door realignment. When I later presented this quotation, I was shocked by the response from management. Instead of trying to resolve the matter professionally, I experienced what I considered rude and dismissive behavior, and I was told they would not contribute toward the repairs. The entire experience caused significant stress and disappointment, especially considering the amount of money spent on the vehicle. I am sharing my experience publicly so that future customers can make informed decisions before purchasing from this dealership. 0h مۆدێل ٢٠٢٣م کڕی. لە ڕۆژی تاقیکردنەوە و بینــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ فارسی: از این نمایشگاه خودرو دوری کنید – تجربهای بسیار ناامیدکننده من به همراه دوستم به این مجموعه مراجعه کردم؛ او یک تویوتا پریوس خرید و من یک لکسوس ES300h مدل ۲۰۲۳. روزی که برای تست و بازدید خودرو رفتیم، ماشین کاملاً پوشیده از گرد و خاک بود و امکان بررسی دقیق وضعیت رنگ و بدنه وجود نداشت. ما به این مجموعه اعتماد کردیم و خرید را انجام دادیم. اما روز تحویل، بعد از شسته شدن خودرو، ایرادات زیادی مشخص شد؛ از جمله خط و خشهای عمیق، ایرادات رنگ، و رگلاژ نبودن درب سمت شاگرد. وقتی همان لحظه اعتراض کردم، کارکنان مجموعه گفتند که همه موارد ثبت و عکسبرداری میشود و مشکل به شکلی حل خواهد شد که رضایت کامل داشته باشم. متأسفانه بعد از آن، هفتهها تماس تلفنی، پیگیری و استرس شروع شد. در نهایت از من خواسته شد خودرو را به صافکاری و نقاشی ببرم و برآورد رسمی هزینه تهیه کنم. من نیز این کار را انجام دادم و فاکتور رسمی ۷۰۰ پوندی برای رنگ سپر جلو، تعمیر گلگیر سمت راننده و تنظیم درب سمت شاگرد دریافت کردم. اما زمانی که این برآورد را ارائه دادم، برخورد مدیریت بسیار ناامیدکننده بود. به جای تلاش برای حل حرفهای مشکل، رفتار بسیار بیاحترام و غیرمسئولانهای دیدم و به من گفته شد که هیچ مبلغی بابت تعمیرات پرداخت نخواهند کرد. تمام این تجربه برای من استرس و ناراحتی زیادی ایجاد کرد، مخصوصاً با توجه به مبلغ بالای خرید خودرو. این تجربه را به اشتراک میگذارم تا مشتریان آینده بتوانند با آگاهی بیشتری تصمیم بگیرند. ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ کوردی: لە ئەم کۆمپانیایە دوور بکەونەوە – ئەزموونێکی زۆر ناڕەحەت و ناامێدەکەر من لەگەڵ هاوڕێکەم سەردانی ئەم فرۆشگای ئۆتۆمبێلمان کرد؛ ئەو تۆیۆتا پریۆسی کڕی و منیش لێکسوس ES3 0ینی ئۆتۆمبێلەکە، ئۆتۆمبێلەکە تەواو پڕ لە تۆز و خۆڵ بوو و نەتوانرا بە باشی دۆخی بۆیە و جەستەکە بپشکنرێت. بە متمانە بە کۆمپانیاکە، بڕیارمان دا کڕینەکە تەواو بکەین. بەڵام لە ڕۆژی وەرگرتنی ئۆتۆمبێلەکە، دوای شۆردنی، ژمارەیەک کێشەی دیارکەوت؛ وەک خشت و ڕوشانی قووڵ، کێشەی بۆیە، و ناتەواوی لە ڕێکخستنی دەرگای لای سەرنشین. کاتێک دەستم کرد بە ناڕەزایەتی، کارمەندانی کۆمپانیا دڵنیاییان دامێ کە هەموو کێشەکان تۆمار دەکرێن و بە شێوەیەک چارەسەر دەکرێن کە ڕازیم بکات. بەداخەوە، دوای ئەوە هەفتانە پەیوەندی تەلەفۆنی، دواداکەوتن و سترێس دەستی پێکرد. لە کۆتاییدا داوایان لێکردم ئۆتۆمبێلەکە بۆ چاککردنەوە بەرەم و خەمڵاندنی فەرمی تێچوو وەربگرم. منیش ئەو کارەم کرد و فاکتۆرێکی فەرمیم بە بڕی ٧٠٠ پاوەند وەرگرت بۆ بۆیەکردنی سپری پێشەوە، چاککردنی چەملەخی لای شۆفێر و ڕێکخستنەوەی دەرگای لای سەرنشین. بەڵام کاتێک ئەم خەمڵاندنەی تێچووم پێشکەش کرد، هەڵسوکەوتی بەڕێوەبەرایەتی زۆر ناامێدەکەر بوو. لە جیاتی ئەوەی بە شێوەیەکی پڕۆفیشناڵ کێشەکە چارەسەر بکەن، هەڵسوکەوتێکی بێڕێزانە و بێبەرپرسیارانەم بینی و پێم وترا کە هیچ بەشێک لە تێچووی چاککردنەوەکە نادەن. ئەم ئەزموونە بۆ من سترێس و ناڕەحەتییەکی زۆری دروست کرد، بە تایبەتی لەبەر ئەو پارە زۆرەی کە بۆ ئۆتۆمبێلەکە درا. ئەم ئەزموونەم بڵاو دەکەمەوە بۆ ئەوەی کڕیارانی داهاتوو بە ئاگاداری زیاتر یار بدهن.
Extremely happy with our purchase of the BMW 1 series. Zubair was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! He greeted us with with a smile on arrival and had the car ready and waiting to view. He made sure the whole process was as simple and straight forward as it could be, made us feel super comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure we were more than happy with everything! We honestly cant thank him enough and we left smiling from ear to ear and have fell in love with are new car all thanks to Zubair. Buying cars can be an overwhelming experience however we knew we were in safe hands as soon as we met Abdul. Abdul answered all our questions and gave us sound advice on the cars we were interested in. He was brilliant and so patient with our boys too which made everything easier whilst making important decisions. We would highly recommend Abdul and the team at TheCarCo.
