I purchased a BMW X4 M40d from Tenby Car Supermarket with approximately 96,000 miles. I understood the vehicle was high mileage and, aside from the issue below, it appeared to be in good overall condition. Shortly after purchase, BMW identified leaking front shock absorbers during an inspection and provided a written report confirming this. While the dealership has offered to carry out a repair under warranty, the process has involved significant delays and uncertainty regarding timescales, which has been extremely frustrating. The matter has remained unresolved for an extended period despite repeated correspondence. I initially avoided leaving a negative review in the hope that the issue would be resolved professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, this has not happened. As a result, I am now seeking external advice and escalating the matter further in order to obtain a fair resolution.

I called in short notice to view a peugeot, I was offered test drive and the opportunity to review the service history in detail. Ahmad was very accommodating with ensuring I could see the car in the dry next morning by keeping it in the warehouse. When I needed collecting after selling my PX off through webuyanycar.com (on account of my old car having a dubious history) Ahmad was happy to collect me so I could take delivery same day. Car runs great and the customer service was tip top. Can't recommend Ahmad and the lads enough - 5 stars.
