We went to T&G Cars sales to buy a replacement car for my wife. Gethin let us look around the cars on his forecourt which I found refreshing as we did not feel under any pressure to purchase. Having found a the car we wanted we had a test drive. We located a small issue with the car and Gethin immediately told us he would have the car looked over and any costs he would pick up. Gethin was true to his word. It was really refreshing to find a salesperson that put the customer and their needs first. He was extremely friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend T&G cars sale and will definitely be going back when we need to replace any of our vehicles in the future. Fantastic gem of a garage, after being to 5 local garages with cars over priced and in poor condition, this garage was a breathe of fresh air! As soon as I turned up there I felt confident that the cars were well looked after and were reasonable prices. No sales push whatsoever, we were able to view cars at our lesiure and find the perfect 1st car for my daughter which was in amazing condition!! Aswell as this a brand new MOT and full service was done. Gethin went over and above helping us to get everything sorted and a quick turnaround.

I purchased a car last July for my grandson from TG Car Sales and was very pleased with it. Unfortunately it had a Turbo malfunction at the beginning of December, this is a fault that you cannot predict. I contacted Gethin at T G Car sales and his immediate response was to collect the car and replace the turbo and even put a new MOT on the vehicle all at no cost to me. I am most impressed with the service and attitude of Gethin. It is most refreshing and rare to find a business in the retail sector with such honesty and integrity. I would certainly recommend TG Car Sales.

Was looking for a cheap car to get me from a2b and went straight to see gethin & George, I have had 2 cars from them in the past, fantastic service, spotted a little citroen online, emailed gethin got a response within 20 mins, popped up for a look, no hassle, just here's the keys, go and see the car. Then handed me trade plates for me to take it for a drive. Superb service from both, my go to whenever I need a car 5 star service

George and Gethin are absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and both made me feel at ease going there alone when I had a minor issue with a vehicle I purchased. The mechanics also took time out of their busy day to collect my car from my home on a previous occasion to check it over and returned it back to me within two hours. One of the most helpful, honest and reliable car sales around! A few family members and friends of mine also purchase their vehicles here and all have commented on how genuine these guys are. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from here in future!

Read the rave reviews , visited the site to lookedat a car , no pressure , no used car dealer spin just helpful advice. Had a good price on a part ex and I paid in full for the car to be picked up a couple of days later. That night panic set in my son realised he had made a mistake and the car wasn’t the turbo model. Having paid in full and it being totally our mistake I thought we would be stuck. I called them and they immediately offered a full refund explaining that our happiness was more important to them than the sale. I was stunned . We did the right thing and brought another car off them instead. The amazing reviews this company has are there for a good reason and I hope they go from strength to strength.

I was impressed by my contacts with TG Car Sales and felt that their quick responses to emails and phone calls were excellent. Also, the information that they provided was good and all communication was pleasant and helpful. The car inspection that I had arranged through a national company was delayed and the purchase fell through as a result. While the outcome didn’t result in a sale through no fault of TG, my contact with them was always a positive experience.

After a fruitless trip to the 'Cardiff North' branch of our local Discount Car Dealers where I found their advertised super duper offers to be totally non-existent I ventured into the real world to find a good cheap car. Found a super deal on a 10yr old Astra. Car was in impeccable condition.. low miles for its age and full service history etc. Found a couple of small niggles.. brakepads and exhaust ... not unexpected given the age of the car. Took it back to be sorted under TGs warranty... was immediately booked in for repair and sorted within a couple of days. Thanks guys. Superb friendly service and I will be recommending to friends and family.

I've bought a few cars from TG Cars, always helpful and informative but don't pester you into buying which is why when a new car is needed in my family TG Cars is the first place I'll look. I've also recommended it to my friends who've been equally impressed with the cars and customer service received. Da iawn TG Cars!
