My experience with this garage was very poor and disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed very little patience when dealing with customers. Communication was confusing and inconsistent from the start. After the annual inspection, we received an email stating that urgent repairs were required, and we agreed to proceed based on their recommendation. However, when collecting the vehicle, we were suddenly told the repair was actually covered under warranty and free of charge. This contradiction raises serious concerns about their communication and transparency. There was no proper explanation or accountability for the incorrect information provided in the email, and staff were not willing to clarify the situation in a professional manner. On top of that, there is no courtesy car service available. This makes the service highly inconvenient for anyone who depends on their car for daily work, as it effectively requires leaving the vehicle for repairs without any alternative transport. Overall, the service felt disorganised, poorly communicated, and not customer-focused. I would not recommend this garage. ———— Following my previous feedback, I received a call from Jessica, who took the time to explain that there had been a misunderstanding due to a communication issue. She also arranged for Peter to follow up regarding the replacement parts. Both Jessica and Peter were professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. I am very pleased with the service I received from them and appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue. I hope they continue to maintain this high standard of customer service. If this is the level of service the company provides, I will certainly continue to use and recommend their services in the future.
Wouldn’t even bother coming here the parts dep refuses to give out oem numbers as they want you to pay over 700\xa3 for a plastic bumper that realistically costs 300 you can expect EVERY TIME you bring ur car in for any sort of service you will receive a billing of up to \xa3100 for “diagnostics” which is a fancy way of saying they plugged a scanner into a obd port and want money for the pleasure of doing it regardless if you asked, last time i came in for a o2 sensor was told the part was more expensive by miles then what you can get online and when getting it installed and having told them “ i know the problem i do not need it diagnosed” why is there a diagnosing charge on my bill when ive spoken to the parts and service dep the middle aged one was completely stuck up his own getting very defensive about their scam tactics saying he has “specialist expertise” and thats why plugging in a obd scanner costs so much like come on ive worked at dealerships and first hand can tell this place is a circus meant for making as much money possible
It seems the employees in the parts sales department are unhappy, because the part they say over the phone is ready for pickup suddenly “hasn’t arrived yet” after a half-hour drive. Apparently, since the order was placed fifteen minutes after 3 p.m., they don’t really care whether the customer is satisfied or not! Maybe it’s time to consider a different brand.
Just purchased a used car from this dealership, and I've been very, very impressed with their service. The car was received in a pristine condition, and Shaun the salesman was excellent to deal with. I would not hesitate to use this dealership again, even though they are 50 miles from where I live. Thanks again \U0001f44d
