I would recommend Swansway Chester Peugeot without hesitation. Nathan was helpful, knowledgeable and patient, but most of all he made sure I was happy at every step. He took the time to listen and answered my questions in clear detail. His calm manner made me feel comfortable and reassured and his communication throughout the whole process was impeccable - he is an asset to the company.
Dropped my car off to get a new wetbelt since arriving at half past 9 i was greeted with a smile offered a hot drink and the staff there are very polite . I wasnt rushed and they even went theought the best options for my car without trying to push anything on me. I would 100% recomend this place to everyone
Chester Peugeot were great because I made contact on the Friday to go through options with Joe as my financial situation had changed so needed to part exchange. Joe was really efficient and excellent, car was ready to be collected Monday morning, smooth transition no issues at all I was I. The office for about 20 mins signing paperwork and off I went. A very quick easy process which was perfect for me
